Please include your cell phone number in case of a change in plans. For example, for one event, we were alerted a couple of hours before that a snow storm was coming. The women contacted me to say they thought they should stay indoors and we used their credit towards a future event. But the men, who were driving some distance, made it through that night. Because I didn’t have their cell phone numbers, I was unable to reach them and they were already on the road. I ended up meeting them at The Westin Hotel to give them the news.
